What's New

We have just got some new stock in.... branching out we call it......we now have fat quarters, ric-rac, chenille by the inch, scissors, tape measures, tins and decorative hangers. Here are just a few pics. We are hoping that these items will go well and we can stock a wider range of products.

Paper Flowers

Save all those scraps from your favourite papers as they will come in handy. You can cut them up into small circles of various sizes(don't worry if they are not exactly round), crumple them up, distress the edges(I tear little rips at intervals around the edges and distress with some ink), layer these on top of each other then split pin/brad to hold together.

They are easy and use up all those scraps of paper too.

Easter Markets

We would like to thank you all for supporting us over the weekend. We both had a very memorable weekend.
To reduce the amount of stock that we carry around with us to markets and workshops we have decided to reduce the price on some of our stock. Please take a look through the reduced to Go! section on the right of the screen and take a look. We will be changing this section from time to time so keep an eye on this.

Just letting you know that things have been pretty busy here, so we have not added much to the blog. We are cleaning up after the rains and rebuilding fences, I am also doing some painting at the other house and making it some new curtains. (sort of like a facelift!!)
We will be at Easter In the Country and I am looking forward to this very much. We will have some new and exciting things to share with you there.

Just letting you know what the road into town looks like from this side. We will not be venturing into town tomorrow!!!

Recipe Swap

As I mentioned in an email these are the recipe cards that I received in the last recipe swap. The theme for the last recipe swap was your "tried and true" favourite recipes. We had a fun night and all got together to swap and sample the recipes.....yum yum.

It is very easy to join in our next BBQ recipe swap. Just drop us an email and we can add you to our next swap starting very soon.

At the end of the swap you will receive a bundle of recipe cards. This is a great way to make a very special and unique recipe book. We have put ours into an A5 ring binder in the plastic sleeves to protect it from spills while cooking.

This is a lovely tart and sooo easy to make!!
