Birdhouse and animals

 Hi all....I have been very busy of late and apologise for my non-blogging. We are getting rather dry here and have been moving cattle to utilise grass before the masses of kangaroo's eat all the grass. When I say masses of kangaroo's I mean it. When we drive in the paddock it makes them all move and you see hundreds of them...
I made this cute little birdhouse....maybe I lie.....I didn't make it from scratch....I covered it with some cute papers and embellished it. I think it is rather cute!

 Here is my first visitor every morning on my verandah. Occasionally he will sing and other birds will sing along.

 These 2 kangaroo's were visiting not far from the house.....and this is "Friday".

Friday is going to get a name change if he is not careful....
We are thinking of calling him "Ignoramus". When we drive home we pull up in the car next to "Friday" to say hello and give him a rub.....but "Friday" just walks away and keeps on eating.

This card and birdhouse uses the monstrosity paper. I have added some goggly eyes and they look real cute.

Thanks to all that attended our day on Saturday. We hope that you all had a great day and had lots of fun I know that I did. Since I am now on holidays and it is nice and warm near the fireplace I have been able to do some more craft and another birdhouse. This time it is one for a boy......so here are some ideas for a boy present and there is also a matching card.

Cute! Cute! Cute! Little bird houses. The little tin bird house is 10cm, the taller wood birdhouse is 25cm and the shorter wood birdhouse is 15 long. They are fun to decorate and we will be having a bird house class soon. Let me know if you are interested.

Included here are 2 decorated bird houses. I have covered them in paper from Basic Grey and used the clesr acrylic varnish to seal. You will notice on the roof of the bird houses I have used some "flower soft". This is a new product that we stock and can be used off the page, on cards and scrap projects to add some dimension.
